Farnborough International Airshow Chauffeur Service
Expert chauffeur service for the Farnborough International Airshow — the world’s premier aerospace and defence event, held biennially at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre in Hampshire. Professional transfers for trade days and public days from Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and London. 20–24 July 2026.
The Farnborough International Airshow takes place every two years at Farnborough Airport in Hampshire — just 9 miles from our base in Berkshire — bringing together over 1,400 exhibitors from more than 40 countries for five days of aerospace innovation, defence procurement and live flying displays. The 2026 edition is the largest in the show’s 78-year history, with record exhibitor demand and the addition of a sixth exhibition hall.
The airshow divides across two distinct audiences. The trade days (Monday to Thursday) attract aerospace executives, defence procurement officials, military delegations and aviation industry professionals from around the world. The public day (Friday, designated Pioneers of Tomorrow) is family-oriented with flying displays and open access to exhibitor halls. We serve both audiences, with corporate account transfers being the majority of our Farnborough business.
For corporate clients attending the trade days, Farnborough presents specific logistical challenges. The conference centre and chalet areas are spread across a large site, meeting schedules are intense, and the volume of international visitors creates significant pressure on Farnborough’s road network and accommodation. Our proximity to the venue — 9 miles via the A30 — means we can provide a genuinely efficient shuttle service for clients with full schedules across multiple trade days.
Farnborough Airport itself is also a significant private aviation hub throughout the airshow period, with business jets arriving from across Europe, the Middle East and North America. We provide airside-coordinated transfers for clients arriving by private aircraft, with meet and greet co-ordinated through Farnborough’s FBO handling teams.
The 2026 Farnborough International Airshow runs from Monday 20 to Friday 24 July — the same week as the Cowdray Gold Cup Final (19 July) and adjacent to the British Grand Prix (2–5 July) and Henley Regatta (1–5 July). For clients attending multiple July events, co-ordinating all bookings together is strongly recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far is Farnborough from your base?
Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre is approximately 9 miles from our Berkshire base — typically 20 to 25 minutes by chauffeured car via the A30. We are one of the closest professional chauffeur operators to the venue and know the site, the access arrangements and the surrounding road network extremely well.
Do you serve the trade days as well as the public day?
Yes. The trade days (Monday to Thursday) represent the majority of our Farnborough business — corporate executives, defence industry professionals and international delegations attending the conference programme and chalet meetings. The public day (Friday) we also serve for families and aviation enthusiasts attending the flying displays.
Can you collect from Farnborough Airport for clients arriving by private jet?
Yes. Farnborough Airport is a major private aviation hub during the airshow period. We provide airside-coordinated meet and greet transfers for clients arriving by private aircraft, working directly with the FBO handling teams to ensure seamless collection. Please provide your aircraft details and arrival time when booking.
Can you provide corporate account transfers across multiple trade days?
Yes. We provide corporate account arrangements for clients attending multiple trade days, with consolidated billing, consistent driver allocation and flexible scheduling to accommodate the changing demands of a busy airshow programme. Please contact us to discuss account arrangements.
How does Farnborough Airshow affect local traffic?
The Farnborough area sees significant traffic during airshow week — the A30, A325 and M3 junction 4 approach all experience congestion from mid-morning on trade days. Our local knowledge of alternative routing via the Blackwater Valley and surrounding roads means we can maintain punctuality even when the main arterials are under pressure.
